- Your LINE display name, profile information, and messages sent to us
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, company, title, telephone number, and email address
- Information needed for an enquiry, proposal, contract, or project, such as your launch plan, budget, preferred area, and business requirements
- If Google Analytics is enabled: pages viewed, date and time, referrer, device and browser information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Providing data is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or provide a service if necessary information is not supplied.
- Responding to enquiries, arranging meetings, and preparing proposals or estimates (steps before entering into a contract; legitimate interests)
- Delivering consulting and other contracted services, communicating, billing, and keeping records (performance of a contract; legal obligations)
- Understanding and improving website use (consent, when Google Analytics is used)

4. Google Analytics and cookies
If Google Analytics is configured, we do not load Google's analytics tag until you consent to analytics cookies. We do not use advertising measurement, Google Signals, or advertising personalisation.
The standard implementation of Google Analytics collects user counts, session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. It uses a client ID in the _ga cookie to distinguish users and sessions. We do not send directly identifying or sensitive information to Google Analytics.
We set user-level and event-level data retention to 14 months. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings.
5. Use of LINE
Once you leave our site through a LINE button, LINE's terms and privacy policies apply. We use information you send to our official account to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to communicate and perform a contract. We do not use LINE information for unrelated advertising without your consent.
6. Processors and disclosures
Where necessary for the purposes above, we may engage Google, LINE, website hosting and delivery providers, IT operators, accountants, lawyers, and other professional advisers. We may disclose data where required by law, necessary to protect life or safety, or with your consent, and only to the extent required.
7. International transfers
The use of Google, LINE, hosting, and related services may involve processing or storage outside Thailand. We review applicable legal requirements, contractual protections, and service-provider security measures and apply appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention
We securely delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required.
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: normally 12 months from the last contact
- Contract, project, and accounting records: for the period required by contract or applicable law
- Google Analytics user-level and event-level data: 14 months
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls, account management, service-provider oversight, and backups. If a personal data breach occurs, we assess its impact and notify the relevant authority and affected individuals as required by applicable law.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the competent authority. We verify identity and respond within the period required by law.
